Refund policy

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds.

Exchanges are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects or errors on our part. In such cases, we will gladly correct or replace the product.

Any issues must be reported within the first 48 hours after receiving the order, along with clear photographic evidence.

We do not offer size exchanges. Each school provides a physical sizing display to ensure customers select the correct size before placing an order.

Cancellations are not accepted once the production process has started.
