All our products are personalized and made to order, specifically for each student and school. For this reason, every item is unique and produced based on the information provided at the time of purchase.
By placing your order, you confirm that all provided information (including size, style, and customization details) is accurate. To assist with sizing, each school provides a physical sizing display to help ensure the correct selection.
We are committed to delivering products that meet high-quality standards. In the event of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will gladly evaluate the case and provide an appropriate solution, such as correction or replacement of the product.
Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with clear photographic evidence.
Each order goes through a custom production process. Production times may vary depending on demand and product type; therefore, estimated timelines are approximate.
We work with third-party shipping carriers. Once an order has been shipped, any issues related to delivery time or package handling are the responsibility of the carrier. We recommend carefully verifying your shipping information before completing your purchase.
Because production begins shortly after an order is confirmed, cancellations are not accepted once the process has started.
All customization elements (including names, logos, and other materials) are provided by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have the proper rights to use any submitted content.
